"Forgiveness" is a song featured in the Teenage chapter of my Music Therapy book, in the section concerning "Loss and Forgiveness". Living life without regrets, not worrying over external things and not letting them have power over your life can be a daily struggle/theme for some, none, or all of us.
Mike McVey, a wonderful percussionist friend, suggested that I call Matt Spitko to collaborate on the music writing project for my book. Mike was right on target. Matt was an angel, sent to me along with Susan Lake's vocals and Jay Davidson's production, the audio support team, (John O. Senior, Rob Hyman, Jay Davidson, Chris Zurzolo & Nathan James), and ALL the musicians.
In conclusion, a reflection is stated in the lyrics, "We're all falling at God's speed". Yes, all things are working for the highest good! "Amen, Namaste"Forgiveness
